Together with Kirsti Mathiesen Hjemdahl from Cultiva in Norway and Dina Vester Feilberg, art director at the Bikuben Foundation in Denmark. Jan talks about M\u00f6tesplats Gran\u00f6 and gives his view on culture as infrastructure and the importance of seeing investments in culture in a long-term perspective as an important part of community building. He also talks about the art exhibition Arctic Highways as a way to connect areas across national borders. The conversation is about 15 minutes long and will be shown in full.
