For three days, Santa Fe's stages, parks and La Plaza are filled with markets, art, dance, music, fashion, seminars and discussions. Thousands of Native American artists come to this classic event every year. This year, the opening of the Arctic Highways is part of the programme.   Thomas Colbengtson, Gunvor Guttorm and Britta Marakatt-Labba will participate in panel discussions about the exhibition. Stina Folkebrant and Sonya Kelliher-Combs are part of the programme outside Arctic Highways.<\/p>\n<p>See the full programme below. Afterward,she will engage the audience in a conversation and demonstration about her work with tanning hides.
